Texas State team buses in accident prior to game
Two buses for the Texas State football team collided on the way to Saturday’s game against New Mexico State, according to reports.
The San Marcos Daily Record says the accident happened when one team bus rear-ended another along the 10 freeway just before the New Mexico border. The bus was headed from El Paso to Las Cruces for the game.
According to the report, five members of the support staff were sent to the hospital, but no players or coaches were injured.
