Aaron Williams petitions on Twitter for Bills to bring back Fred Jackson
Buffalo blood runs deep. Bills safety Aaron Williams can tell you all you need to know about that.
Williams took to Twitter on Thursday to call for the Bills to bring back former teammate Fred Jackson, who is currently an unsigned free agent.
#BillsMafia RT if you think we should be signing @Fred22Jackson back. Fav. if it's ridiculous that it hasn't happened yet ? #MakeItHappen

The 35-year-old Jackson spent the first eight seasons of his NFL career in Buffalo, serving as a captain for the team. He was teammates with Williams for the last three of those seasons.
Jackson is the Bills’ third all-time leading rusher but was released by the team in 2015 and went on to sign a one-year deal with the Seahawks. Though he appeared in all 16 games for Seattle last season, Jackson didn’t show much cause for optimism in his advanced age, rushing for just 100 total yards and zero touchdowns.
Nevertheless, the Bills could use some running back depth with Karlos Williams suspended for the first four games of next season, and bringing back Jackson, a Buffalo fan favorite, would earn them some nice brownie points.
