Oakland Raiders pass rusher Aldon Smith finds himself in some trouble yet again.
According to KTVU, Smith was a passenger in a vehicle that hit a police car near police headquarters in San Francisco Thursday morning. Smith was detained after the incident.
Smith was suspended for the entire 2016 season for violating the league’s substance abuse policy. He was hoping to be reinstated by the league this month, but he continues to have legal issues.
In addition to this incident, Smith was investigated last month for a domestic incident. Since 2013, he has been arrested on suspicion of DUI three times.
