Brandon Marshall seems to be quite serious about his bet with Antonio Brown — so serious, in fact, that they’re negotiating the terms.
As we told you, Marshall and Brown were proposing a bet on which of them got the most receiving yards in 2016, with the winner getting the loser’s very expensive car. Were they serious? According to Marshall, you bet they were.
“We spoke yesterday to work out the details of this deal,” Marshall told TMZ. “We’ll let you guys know what happens.
“There are so many things that make playing in the NFL fun. One of which is the game within the game. AB has taken the WR position to another level. There are a few guys who won’t let him sit on top of the hill by himself. I am one of those guys.”
Risky move by Marshall. Most people would think Brown stands a better chance of winning that bet, but Marshall is not one to doubt himself. The stakes will be high.
