Antonio Brown hopes to find new team ‘soon,’ agent says
Antonio Brown has every intention of continuing his NFL career, according to his agent.
Brown’s agent, Drew Rosenhaus, said in a statement that the wide receiver is “looking forward to his next opportunity in the NFL” and that he “hopes to play for another team soon” after being released by the New England Patriots on Friday.
It's unfortunate things didn't work out with the Patriots. But Antonio is healthy and is looking forward to his next opportunity in the NFL. He wants to play the game he loves and he hopes to play for another team soon.

Brown, through his agent, is saying all the right things. The reality is that he might have a very hard time finding work again, at least in 2019. The reveal that he sent harassing text messages to his second accuser is a very bad one for him, especially when the NFL is already investigating him over the initial sexual assault allegations. That investigation will continue, and there’s a case to be made that he’s violated the league’s Personal Conduct Policy. Some teams may be willing to bet on talent, but it’s hard to see anyone else giving him a shot until that investigation is finished, at the earliest.
