Kubiak, who currently serves as a senior personnel advisor to the Broncos, is reportedly in line for an expanded role in that department.

Kubiak has previously spoken about his love for the NFL Draft and player evaluation, so an expanded role in this area looks to be right up his alley. The Broncos could use the help after their first losing season since 2010.
