Chris Harris Jr has been considered one of the best defensive backs in the NFL for several seasons now, and his fantastic play has earned him four Pro Bowl selections in the past five seasons. However, he does not feel the job he has done this season is worthy of a fifth.
Harris offered an honest assessment of his own play while speaking with reporters on Tuesday. He said his performance this season has not been Pro Bowl worthy, especially over Denver’s last two games.

The Broncos gave up 23 points in Sunday’s loss to the Kansas City Chiefs, and it was particularly surprising that they allowed Patrick Mahomes to throw for 340 yards and two touchdowns given the snowy conditions. Tyreek Hill, Kansas City’s top receiver, had five catches for 67 yards and two scores. In Week 14, Houston Texans No. 1 receiver DeAndre Hopkins had seven catches for 120 yards and a touchdown.
Harris has just one interception and five passes defensed on the season. He’s set to become a free agent after the year, and there has been talk that he is unhappy in Denver.
