As if the Chicago Bears’ defense wasn’t already good enough last year, they may be get even better in 2019.
The Bears are hosting Ha Ha Clinton-Dix for a visit, according to NFL Media’s Ian Rapoport.
This is interesting: Source says the #Bears are hosting #Redskins FA S HaHa Clinton-Dix tonight and tomorrow. The Skins have tried to re-sign him, but no deal yet…

Chicago will have competition in trying to sign the safety. The Washington Redskins traded a fourth-round pick to Green Bay to acquire him last season and are trying to re-sign him. The Washington Post’s Les Carpenter says there is a chance Clinton-Dix returns to Washington.
There is definitely a chance Ha Ha Clinton-Dix can return to the Redskins

Clinton-Dix had 93 tackles, a sack, three interceptions and two forced fumbles last season. If he were to sign in Chicago, he would replace Adrian Amos and team with Eddie Jackson, whom he recruited to Alabama. Some may disagree, but we feel Clinton-Dix would be an upgrade from Amos and make the Bears’ secondary even better.
