Jabrill Peppers dropped to No. 25 in the NFL draft for a few different reasons. For one, some teams weren’t sure what position he would play. Two, he failed a drug test at the combine because of a diluted sample. Lastly, some questioned his dedication because he missed Michigan’s bowl game.
In fact, a report leading up to the draft said some in the NFL were bothered by him missing the bowl game.
Well Peppers decided to answer all the doubters.
Not long after being picked by the Browns in the first round, Peppers shared a video on Twitter that appears to have been taken during a Michigan practice. It shows Peppers coming up with a hamstring injury — the same thing that resulted in him missing the game:

Peppers is now in the NFL and it will be up to him to make the most out of his professional career. And he won’t have to endure all the grilling from the pre-draft process either.
