Jordy Nelson would consider ending retirement to rejoin Packers
Jordy Nelson announced his retirement from the NFL last week, but his departure from the game could be short-lived if his old team comes calling.
Nelson said Wednesday that he would find it “hard to say no” if Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers asked him to end his retirement and rejoin the team where he started his career and had virtually all of his success.

To be clear, there is no indication that the Packers are even considering trying to bring Nelson back into the fold. It is worth remembering, however, that Nelson and Rodgers were so close that the quarterback didn’t hide his displeasure after the wide receiver was released. They’re close, and we’ll see if this comes on the table.
