Surprising quarterback could be the next to be traded?
New Vikings head coach Kevin O’Connell has said he is excited to work with Kirk Cousins, but there are some who believe the two will not be together in Minnesota much longer.
Several starting quarterbacks have already changed teams this offseason, and Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports expects the Vikings to further that trend. He said this week that he believes Cousins will be the next big-name QB to get traded.
"I think the next big-name quarterback who gets moved is Kirk Cousins. He makes sense for the Colts and Seahawks," @JasonLaCanfora on Fantasy Dirt @SiriusXMFantasy

Cousins is entering the final year of his contract with the Vikings. He carries a $45 million cap hit for 2022, and he is reportedly not open to taking a pay cut. That means the Vikings would have to extend the 33-year-old to lower his cap number. That is one option, and a trade is another.
You would probably think the Vikings are not interested in trading Cousins if you heard the comments O’Connell made recently. Things can change in a hurry, however, especially with how hot the trade market has been.
