The Philadelphia Eagles have not been treated all that well by their home fans this season. That probably has a lot to do with the fact that they are 0-4 at Lincoln Financial Field this year. LeSean McCoy doesn’t appear to be all that concerned with kissing up to the people of Philadelphia, as evidenced by his wardrobe selection on Sunday.
For whatever reason, McCoy showed up to the stadium wearing an Oakland Raiders vest. The Eagles and Raiders aren’t rivals or anything, but didn’t McCoy learn anything from the backlash Colin Kaepernick dealt with earlier this year when he wore the hat of another team?
Earlier this week, DeSean Jackson said he would like to hear more cheers than boos from Eagles fans this weekend for a change. If McCoy struggles and fans catch wind of the vest, he may not be given a warm reception.
