Report: Le’Veon Bell still expected to return to Steelers within the week
Le’Veon Bell may not have returned to the Pittsburgh Steelers on Monday, but that moment reportedly remains inevitable.
According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, Bell is still expected to return to the Steelers’ facilities within the next week, subsequently ending his absence from the team.

Ultimately, it didn’t really matter from Bell’s perspective if he showed up on Monday or waits a few days instead. He can still collect a Week 7 game check if he arrives at some point this week, even though it’s Pittsburgh’s bye week. Ultimately, he only has to report by Week 10 to avoid a contract toll. His absence Monday raised some eyebrows, but apparently it’s nothing to worry about.
