NFL reviewing sideline incident involving Eagles staffer
The NFL may take action against the Philadelphia Eagles over the sideline confrontation between a team staffer and San Francisco 49ers linebacker Dre Greenlaw on Sunday.
ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported that the NFL has begun a review of the sideline incident involving Greenlaw and Eagles security chief Dom DiSandro. DiSandro appeared to get involved after a late hit by Greenlaw near the Philadelphia sideline.

The NFL will want to take a hard look at this, as the visual was not great for the Eagles. Video indicated that DiSandro put his hands on Greenlaw first, and 49ers coach Kyle Shanahan was incredulous about the incident. Expect the team to push hard for some sort of punishment toward the Eagles, at the very least.
Both Greenlaw and DiSandro were ejected over the incident. It remains to be seen if Greenlaw will face any further discipline from the league as well.
