Pacman Jones apologizes to Antonio Brown for accusing him of faking injury (Video)
If nothing else, Pacman Jones is a man of his word.
Jones, as you may recall, said on Monday that Jones was faking injury in light of Vontaze Burfict’s hit. Pacman said he’d only apologize if Brown didn’t play against Denver. On Friday, the Steelers receiver was ruled out due to a concussion, and Jones followed through on his pledge via an Instagram video.
“My apology, my brother,” Jones said in the video. “I’m a man of my word. I’ve been doing a little traveling, that’s what took me so long, but I apologize sincerely man, get well.”
Jones was fined over $28,000 for contacting an official after the play in question, which can be seen here. Good on him for following through on his word, though, at the very least.
