Rob Gronkowski on Jimmy Kimmel was hilarious (Video)

Rob Gronkowski is the gift that keeps on giving and quite possibly our favorite professional athlete at the moment. Not only is he a hard-working athlete and absolute stud on the field, but he is also the most perfect meat-headed frat bro in all of sports. The guy is hilarious and only the shackles of the Patriot Way can keep him from fully expressing himself. But coming off a Super Bowl win, there is little the team can do to contain him.

Gronk kicked off his Super Bowl victory tour with an interview on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” Monday night that was eight minutes of hilarity.

In the clip at the top, Gronk told Kimmel he planned to stay up all night because the team’s victory parade was moved back to Wednesday. He also said that since he finally is healthy this offseason, he will consider ABC’s invitation to participate on “Dancing With the Stars” (we have to imagine that will go over well with Bill Belichick).

In the clip below, Gronk talks about the fight at the end of the Super Bowl against the Seahawks:

This quote was money: “I was like, ‘Screw it, last game of the year — I’m throwing some haymakers!'”

We also cannot wait to see what his new, upgraded party bus will look like.

The the last clip was possibly the best. In this one, Gronk once again reads a passage from the erotic book a female fan wrote about him:

The quotes he gave about the book were awesome too.

“The one quote I read on media day, she wanted me to spike a football between her butt cheeks. I would have the pleasure of spiking a football between butt cheeks,” he said, referring to the quote he read on media day the week leading up the Super Bowl.

Oh, and possibly the best part of the interview came when Gronk said the last book he read was in 9th grade. He also called it “A Mockingbird to Remember.” We’re guessing he meant “To Kill a Mockingbird,” but we’re not 100-percent certain about that one.

“I haven’t read a book since 9th grade where they made me, you know you don’t raise your hand but they call on you … a mocking to remember or whatever? A mockingbird to remember? I think that was the last book I read.”

Hey, there’s no need to know how to read when your job is to score touchdowns, right?

Gronk is off to a great start this offseason. His next step would be figuring out a way to go on a date with this woman.
