For the second straight year, the Cleveland Browns are struggling mightily after passing on a highly-rated quarterback in the NFL Draft.
This year, the Browns are dealing with questions as to why they elected to trade down instead of drafting Deshaun Watson, who has been quite impressive for the Houston Texans.
The Browns have their own rookie quarterback in DeShone Kizer, but vice president Sashi Brown still had to defend the decision to miss out on Watson by trading down.

Where it was Watson this year, it was Carson Wentz last season. The Browns, however, are high on Kizer. If he doesn’t work out, this regime probably won’t either.
