Steve Sarkisian may not be as much of a lock for the Arizona Cardinals offensive coordinator position as he initially seemed.
On Friday, a report said Sark was closing in on a job as Kliff Kingsbury’s OC. A day later, reports said Kingsbury was unlikely to be the team’s offensive coordinator.
Steve Sarkisian is unlikely to be joining Kliff Kingsbury’s staff as offensive coordinator for the #AZCardinals, sources say. That’s the way it looks as of now anyway. The team has spoken to a few candidates, including former #Giants HC Ben McAdoo, as @JordanRaanan said.

Former Giants head coach Ben McAdoo is among the candidates who have been discussed for the job.
Kingsbury is in his first year as the Cardinals’ head coach after being fired by Texas Tech. He is known as an offensive guru, so he would likely figure heavily into the team’s offense and need someone with whom he can work well.
Sarkisian is on the market after being fired by the Atlanta Falcons.
