There is a possibility that Terrelle Pryor will not be ready for the start of training camp for the New York Jets.
Pryor signed with the Jets in March but was absent for OTAs in May due to an ankle injury. He underwent a procedure that has him in a walking boot, and now Jets head coach Todd Bowles says it’s 50-50 whether he’s ready for the start of training camp.
Bowles said there is no timetable when WR Terrelle Pryor will get the boot removed from his leg. He's 50-50 to start camp on time.

Pryor has been a disappointment since breaking out with the Cleveland Browns in 2016 with 77 catches for 1,007 yards and four touchdowns. He only had 20 catches for 240 yards last season with Washington, and now he’ll be competing for a spot with the Jets. He needs to make sure he is healthy in order to have the best chance at earning a spot.
