Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill is facing more troubling allegations in a new court filing that was made by his estranged wife Keeta Vaccaro.
Vaccaro filed for divorce in April, a day after police were called to Hill’s home for a domestic dispute. Vaccaro told police that Hill was behaving in a way that made her concerned for the safety of the couple’s daughter. Both Hill and Vaccaro told police that the argument never turned physical, and an investigation into the incident was quickly closed.
According to a Monday report from TMZ, Vaccaro claimed in a recent court filing that Hill was physically violent with her on multiple occasions after the couple got married in late 2023. On one occasion in January 2024, Vaccaro alleges that Hill shoved her to the floor, stood over her and ripped a necklace off of her neck during a dispute about a postnuptial agreement at the couple’s home in Southwest Ranches, Fla.. Vaccaro says she was left with a cut and a bruise.
Vaccaro claims Hill “violently attacked” her again two weeks later at a hotel in Orlando and threw her to the floor. She says Hill twisted her “intimate body parts” and ripped her hair out.
Vaccaro says there were eight separate instances where Hill became physical with her after the two got married, including at least one when she was pregnant. Other allegations include that Hill “shoved a marijuana cigarette” in Vaccaro’s face and spat on her.
In a statement to TMZ, Hill’s attorney said the new allegations are “nothing more than an attempt by Ms. Vacarro, her mother and/or her counsel to shake Mr. Hill down.” Hill’s attorney said Vaccaro is seeking “an unreasonable amount of money” in the divorce and fabricating stories in an attempt to secure a bigger payout.
Hill and Vaccaro have had previous issues that became public as well. In early 2024, Hill filed for divorce, but later dropped the petition and said it was mistakenly filed to begin with. Police had also been called to their home over another domestic dispute around that same time.
