Rory McIlroy announces big news about divorce with wife Erica Stoll

Rory McIlroy on Tuesday revealed that he and his wife Erica Stoll have called off their divorce.
It was revealed less than a month ago that McIlroy had filed for a divorce from Stoll. However, McIlroy filed new paperwork in Florida to dismiss the divorce.
McIlroy responded to the news in comments to the Guardian.
“Over the past weeks, Erica and I have realised that our best future was as a family together. Thankfully, we have resolved our differences and look forward to a new beginning,” McIlroy told The Guardian.
The two first met in 2012 and married in 2017. They share a daughter Poppy who was born in 2020.
Not much information was given about why the two had divorced. However, one report said Stoll felt like the two were living separate lives due to McIlroy being on the road so frequently.
For now, the two seem to be reconciling and working things out.
