Brooke Hogan, the daughter of wrestling legend Hulk Hogan, has supposedly called off her engagement to Dallas Cowboys offensive lineman Phil Costa. According to TMZ, the couple broke up a few weeks ago.
Costa proposed to Hogan back in June in Las Vegas. Brooke called the proposal the “happiest moment of my life” at the time and said she could not wait to marry her best friend. Sources reportedly told TMZ that Hogan thought her relationship with Costa was moving too quickly and that she needed some time to focus on her music career, so she decided to call it quits. Brooke is said to have recently moved back to LA to finish her new album and be closer to her mother.
Hulk Hogan, who recently admitted he contemplated suicide in 2007, has been a big supporter of Costa and the Cowboys since the 26-year-old began dating his daughter. Unlike her fake relationship with Bully Ray that ended when TNA parted ways with Brooke, her engagement with Costa was real-world stuff.
