Kings mascot trolls Pittsburgh fans over loss to Jaguars
The Los Angeles Kings’ mascot is known for being a bit of an instigator, and that point was on display Thursday.
The Kings were facing the Pittsburgh Penguins, so mascot Bailey decided to troll the Pittsburgh fans in attendance over their beloved Steelers’ loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars in the NFL playoffs last week.
NFL Media personality Dave Dameshek was in attendance for the game and noted that Bailey was taunting the Penguins with a Jaguars helmet:

I found a helmet for my baby non flying bird and it looks amazing!!! What do you think @penguins fans? I bet a certain team in Florida would like it right @Jaguars ? #PITvsLAK @NHLonNBCSports pic.twitter.com/kWbCpc8YTP

Dameshek estimated there were around 50 percent Penguins fans at Staples Center for the game, so that trolling certainly cuts deep.
Between the Steelers losing and the Pirates trading Andrew McCutchen and Gerrit Cole, it’s been a rough week for Pittsburgh fans. They now have to count on the Penguins to bring them joy, and their season is not looking so great either.
