This is what I’m talking about. If more people thought outside the box like this guy I would definitely watch more soccer. This is the type of thing that requires a little thinking, some guts, and a lot of stealthiness. Frankly, I’m surprised it doesn’t happen more often. The play happened during a J-League match between Kashima Antlers and Cerezo Osaka. Kashima was trailing 1-0 in the first half when Cerezo goalie Jin-Hyeon Kim put the ball down in front of him after coralling a free kick. Little did Kim know, Tashiro was casually strolling along behind him. Kashima went on to win the match 3-1 and teach Kim a lesson that he will never forget.
