Novak Djokovic Eats Wimbledon Grass After Winning Tournament (Video)
Novak Djokovic won his third career grand slam and first Wimbledon, beating Rafael Nadal 6-4, 1-6, 6-1, 6-3 in the finals Sunday. Consumed with euphoria after getting the win at the All England Club, Novak pulled a few blades of grass from the lawn and tasted them. Check out the video of Novak Djokovic eating grass:
When you’ve won Wimbledon, you can do almost anything you want — including tasting the grass. Of course when you think of grass eaters, you think of LSU football coach Les Miles who frequently does the same thing. Busted Racquet points out that Miles took notice of Djokovic, writing on twitter “I hear Wimbledon champ likes eating grass too. Hope he enjoyed it. Nothing beats Tiger Stadium grass though.”
I’m pretty sure Djokovic will say it tasted great. Anything feels great after winning Wimbledon. Now he’s won two of the three majors on the year with the U.S. Open next. You know what that means, right? More winning, and more funny impressions.
