The Atlanta Hawks are willing to move Paul Millsap, with the Phoenix Suns as a potential suitor.
The Hawks still have interest in retaining Al Horford, but with Dwight Howard signed on and Kent Bazemore staying, it would lead to something of a frontcourt logjam. Millsap may be the victim of such a logjam.
Vertical Sources: Hawks still shopping Paul Millsap now, working contingencies should Horford want to stay. Sides still apart on contract.

Millsap is signed through 2016-17 with a $21 million player option for the following season. He remains a very consistent and useful player, having averaged 17.1 points per game and a career-high 9 rebounds per game last season. Of course, the situation is fluid, and Horford may not return, which could impact Atlanta’s thought process.
