Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is playing Hercules in the upcoming movie “Hercules: The Thracian Wars” because, well, because of course he is. And being big ain’t easy. The Rock is a massive human being, but most of his Hollywood roles require him to stay as such. So he eats an absolute ton.
On Monday, The Rock posted the details of his current diet on Twitter. He said he is going to eat like this for 22 weeks while pumping iron and burning through some cardio. There’s no way he’s hungry every time he eats a meal.
That’s right, seven meals a day. And he’s probably not even joking about the lion’s blood. How does he keep track? His chef separates them all into individual containers for easy access throughout the day.

Next time you look in the mirror and wish you were as a big as The Rock, just push that thought right out of your head. You probably couldn’t afford it, anyway.
