Sometimes video is so strong that no words need to be said.  With that in mind, I present you the latest version of the Super Bowl Shuffle – courtesy of the Houston Chronicle.  As the caption says, “Mike Singletary revisits the 1985 song Super Bowl Shuffle as the Bears prepare for the NFC Championship game against the Saints on Sunday.”

I promise, you will not be let down.  Like fine wine, this will probably only get better with age.

And yes, I’m fully expecting a cameo from Noah Vanderhoff.  What’s better, Singletary’s rudimentary rapping skills, or his entourage of John McClain and Anna-Megan Raley? I leave it up to you to make the most of this incredible production. “What the heck’s a fleur de li?”
