Pelicans reportedly decide on next GM after Trajan Langdon’s departure
The New Orleans Pelicans appear to have already had their contingency plan in place.
Adam Spolane of SportsRadio 610 reported on Saturday that the Pelicans are promoting Bryson Graham to their general manager position. Graham had been serving as the team’s assistant GM since 2019.
The news comes after the departure of New Orleans GM Trajan Langdon, who had also held his position since 2019, to an Eastern Conference team.
Spolane notes that Graham, 37, has worked in the Pelicans front office since 2010. He has been in numerous roles for the team over the years, including scouting director, player development director, and video coordinator.
Graham will immediately become one of the youngest GMs in the NBA. New Orleans has some other big names atop their front office, but they have reportedly found their new No. 1 man in Graham.
