Gennady Golovkin is not worried about Canelo Alvarez, that’s for sure.
The one fight boxing fans want to see is GGG against Canelo, as they are in all likelihood the two best pound-for-pound fighters in the game. They probably are going to meet in the near future, but Alvarez has to beat Amir Khan in May first.
Following his second-round KO win over Dominic Wade Saturday (video highlights here), GGG was asked about eventually facing Canelo. Here was his answer:

GGG isn’t exactly the most articulate thanks to the language barrier, but there is no mistaking his message: He is confident in his abilities and not worried about anyone else.
At 35-0 with 32 knockouts, he shouldn’t be too concerned.
