Chandler Morris goes ‘Horns Down’ while announcing commitment to Oklahoma
Chandler Morris on Thursday announced his commitment to Oklahoma, and he did so with a jab at Texas.
Morris, who is a quarterback and the son of former Arkansas head coach Chad Morris, did the “Horns Down” gesture while announcing his commitment at the Under Armour All-America Game.

Morris is viewed as a dual-threat quarterback. He originally backed up Jerry Jones’ grandson at Highland Park High School in Dallas. As a junior, he passed for 43 touchdowns and rushed for 19.

At Oklahoma, Morris would be competing with fellow quarterbacks Spencer Rattler and Tanner Mordecai. Oklahoma picked up Morris’ commitment at a time when they lost a commitment from a top 2021 quarterback prospect.
