Emmitt Smith’s son EJ accepted into Stanford
Emmitt Smith’s son EJ is among the top running back recruits in the country for the 2020 class, and he received some good news this week.
Smith was accepted into Stanford, his mother shared on Twitter.

EJ, a four-star back according to 247 Sports’ composite rankings, narrowed his list of schools to five in June. His top five includes: Texas A&M, Ohio State, Stanford, Florida and Georgia.
Smith’s father went to Florida, which offered EJ a scholarship in January 2018 — very early in the process.
EJ rushed for 164 yards and an Al Bundy in a playoff win last week. He scored 31 touchdowns for Dallas Jesuit as a sophomore and 17 as a junior.
