Vince Vaughn bought Lane Kiffin’s house
Lane Kiffin waved his official goodbye to Southern California back in December when he listed his Manhattan Beach mansion for sale for $6.995 million. Kiffin and his wife recently found a buyer for the property, and some of you may know him. His name is Vince Vaughn.
The LA Times reports that the 44-year-old actor bought Kiffin’s former home for $6.5 million. There was initially some confusion over whether Kiffin would owe USC money for the home because the school loaned him $500K to make the purchase, but it does not appear that was an issue.
Kiffin bought the mansion for $5.5 million in 2012, so his family was able to turn a nice profit. The house is 7,308 square feet and has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms. It also features a swimming pool, spa, outdoor kitchen and guesthouse.
Vaughn, who bought another home in La Canada Flintridge last year for $3.9 million, fancies himself somewhat of a real estate collector. The former USC head coach’s home is a nice property to add to his collection. Here are some more photos:
