AJ Green has good chance to return in Week 12?
AJ Green is not expected to play against the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday, but the star wide receiver could miss less time than initially feared.
Ian Rapoport of NFL Media reports that Green made the trip with the Cincinnati Bengals to Baltimore and plans to test his injured foot out before the game. While he’s unlikely to play, that should bode well for his status going forward.
#Bengals WR AJ Green (toe) is listed as doubtful… but he did make the trip. And source said he’s actually going to work out this morning to see if he can go against the #Ravens. That’s a very positive step in the right direction for next Sunday.

Green visited with a specialist after experiencing swelling in his foot, but it has been determined that he will not need surgery. While an initial report indicated he could be out until December, it sounds like he could beat that timeline.
The Bengals are 5-4 and fighting for a playoff spot. Given how poorly their defense has played in recent weeks, they may need all the help they can get on offense. Having Green back for Week 12 would be a huge boost.
