Antonio Brown and the NFL have yet to talk about his off-field issues as part of the league’s formal investigation, and that seems to be bugging Brown.
According to ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler, Brown and the NFL are in something of a standoff, with Brown sources saying that he’s ready to talk to the NFL. Another source, however, believes that it’s the NFL that is waiting on Brown.
From @SportsCenter this AM, Antonio Brown vs. NFL looks like a standoff. People close to Brown say he's been ready to interview w/ league, but separate source says NFL feels like it's waiting on Brown. Teams won't sign him until cleared up, so Brown continues to train in S. Fla.

Brown still thinks he has a shot to play in 2019. That’s why we’ve heard reports that he’s trying to expedite his interview with the league over various off-field issues, particularly the sexual assault allegations that got him released by the New England Patriots. No NFL teams are going to go near him until this is cleared up, and it doesn’t look particularly close to happening. 2019 might just be a lost cause for him.
