Report: DeMarco Murray does not think Chip Kelly is approachable
The relationship between DeMarco Murray and Chip Kelly has reportedly already become strained to the point where Murray does not feel he can voice concerns to the Philadelphia Eagles head coach.
According to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, Murray spoke to Eagles owner Jeffrey Lurie about his frustrations last week because he doesn’t think Kelly is “approachable.”

Kelly was quick to downplay the chat between Murray and Lurie, but it’s never good when a player who signs a five-year, $42 million contract feels he can’t discuss an issue with his head coach nine months later.
There are already rumblings that Murray is trying to wiggle his way out of Philly with one very specific goal in mind. Things can change quickly in the NFL, but Murray’s relationship with Kelly may have already reached the point of no return. In fact, it’s starting to sound like Murray could be phased out of the Eagles’ offense.
