Dez Bryant blasts Jason Garrett after firing
Former Dallas Cowboys receiver Dez Bryant doesn’t appear sorry to see Jason Garrett go.
Bryant said he has “no sympathy” for Garrett after the Cowboys coach was officially fired on Sunday, adding that the move makes Dallas “real contenders.”
I don’t have no sympathy for coach Garrett losing his job
The cowboys just became real contenders

Bryant and Garrett mostly kept disputes in-house when working together in Dallas with a few exceptions here and there, but the wide receiver has been very critical of his former coach in recent years. He has essentially accused Garrett of wasting Dallas’ talent and hasn’t been quiet about his dissatisfaction with his former coach’s leadership. This response to Garrett’s exit is really no surprise.
Maybe Bryant is pleased because this opens the door to him becoming the coach of the Cowboys like he apparently wants.
