Family was concerned Robert Quinn was having seizure
Robert Quinn was hospitalized on Monday for a non-football related issue, which we now have more information on.
TMZ Sports obtained the 911 emergency phone call placed by Quinn’s mother-in-law, who was at the Los Angeles Rams defensive end’s home in Agoura, Calif., when Quinn had his medical episode around 6 am Monday morning.
Quinn’s mother-in-law believed the defensive end was having a seizure and said on the call that Quinn was shaking. Quinn apparently stopped shaking during the call and was able to stand up, though he was advised to sit back down.
Quinn, who has eight tackles and two sacks this season, was released from the hospital on Tuesday. Rams head coach Jeff Fisher said Quinn was feeling better. He also said it was “highly unlikely” that the issue is related to a small brain tumor Quinn was diagnosed with in high school.
