The New York Giants are surveying quarterbacks ahead of the NFL Draft, and they’re doing a little extra to ensure that at least one comes away impressed.
When the Giants hosted Missouri quarterback Drew Lock for a visit, general manager Dave Gettleman went above and beyond to offer him a glimpse of the organization’s history.
“I think Dave Gettleman is the man,” Lock said Wednesday, via Matt Lombardo of NJ.com. “He pulled the Super Bowl rings out. I had a really deep conversation with him.”

Maybe Gettleman is intent on impressing Lock because he is one of the favored quarterbacks on New York’s draft board. There’s a very real chance that these two could be seeing a lot more of each other in the years to come depending on how things shake out Thursday.
