Judge denies NFL attempts to stay Ezekiel Elliott injunction
Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott has scored another win against the NFL in court.

In other words, the NFL’s hail Mary attempt to get Elliott’s suspension reinstated has failed in court, at least for now, with more appeals coming. The long and short of it is that another court has determined that Elliott will be allowed to play for the foreseeable future.
This ruling can’t come as a huge surprise to the league, who have already publicly conceded the likely truth — legal proceedings involving Elliott won’t wrap up quickly enough for him to have to serve any suspension in 2017.
