Kyler Murray has made headlines this offseason for publicly expressing his displeasure with the Arizona Cardinals, but it does not sound like Larry Fitzgerald Sr. thinks the star quarterback deserves a new contract yet.
Fitzgerald Sr., the father of former Cardinals wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald, tweeted some harsh criticism of Murray on Tuesday. He called the former first overall pick “spoiled” and said he has never been humbled.
He’s spoiled brings his Oklahoma offense to the NFL team has to catch up great talent. He’s never been humbled keep working.

Fitzgerald Sr. is a longtime sports media personality. He was outspoken at times during his son’s Hall of Fame career, which created some uncomfortable moments for the former receiver.
Murray made it clear he was unhappy with the Cardinals earlier this offseason with a pretty immature move on social media. His agent then confirmed on Tuesday that Murray wants a new contract. Murray is eligible for an extension this offseason, though Arizona has him under team control for two more seasons.
