The Tennessee Titans are likely to have Marcus Mariota under center in Week 2.
After an injury scare against the Miami Dolphins, Mariota will play Sunday against the Houston Texans as long as there are no setbacks, according to coach Mike Vrabel.
Mike Vrabel: Marcus Mariota practiced and “is feeling good.” Said barring a setback Mariota is good to go for @Titans on Sunday

Mariota went 9-of-16 for 103 yards and two interceptions in Sunday’s loss before leaving that game with an elbow injury. The Titans didn’t seem too concerned after the game, and it appears that they had little reason to be. Given how much of the franchise they’ve invested in Mariota — and how important a season this is for him — that will come as an enormous relief.
