The New York Giants will be without Josh Brown for at least this weekend as they get ready for their game in London on Sunday against the Rams, and it looks like they have found their replacement in free agent Robbie Gould.

Gould is flying to London to join the Giants, according to multiple reports.

Gould has remained a free agent since being released by the Chicago Bears prior to the season. He was waiting for the right opportunity and believes this is the one.

Gould kicked for the Giants for 11 seasons from 2005-2015 prior to being released. He was extremely successful with the Bears, recording a career 85.4 success rate on converting field goals.

The Giants could decide to make Gould a permanent member of the team. Brown was initially suspended one game this season for his domestic violence arrest last year, but with new information emerging about his history of beating his wife, the Giants and NFL are considering harsher punishments for the kicker.
