Report: Sam Bradford a gametime decision for Sunday
Will Sam Bradford be able to play in Minnesota’s Week 2 game at Pittsburgh on Sunday? The Vikings may not know until just before the game.
Bradford is listed as questionable for the game. ESPN’s Adam Schefter says the QB will be a gametime decision for the contest and the team won’t know about his status until before the game.
Vikings believe Sam Bradford, listed as Q for Sunday, will be gametime decision, per source. They plan to work him out pregame, then decide.

Bradford is coming off one of the finest games of his career in a 29-19 victory over the Saints on Monday night. He went 27 of 32 for 346 yards and three touchdown passes in a nearly perfect performance. But word emerged in the days after the game that Bradford hurt his left knee in the contest — the same knee where he had two past ACL injuries.
The Vikings promoted third-string QB Kyle Sloter to the active roster Saturday in response to Bradford’s knee issues. Case Keenum would start if Bradford were unable to play.
