The Green Bay Packers continue to make changes after a disappointing season.
NFL Media’s Ian Rapoport reports that the Packers are making a change at GM and will be giving Ted Thompson a new role.
Sources: #Packers GM Ted Thompson is expected to transition into a new role within the organization. The team will begin a search for a new GM. Bombshell.

Not only is Thompson out as GM, but longtime defensive coordinator Dom Capers was fired on Monday as well.
Green Bay went 7-9 this season, marking their first losing season since 2008, which was Aaron Rodgers’ first as a starter. This was also their first time missing the playoffs since 2008. Rodgers breaking his collarbone and missing most of the season is the reason for both streaks being snapped. It also is likely what cost both men their jobs.
