Terry Bradshaw did his best Charles Barkley impression during Sunday’s broadcast.
The longtime FOX analyst Bradshaw tripped up in Week 7 while calling some around-the-league halftime highlights for the network. Bradshaw was recapping the first half of the Chicago Bears-New Orleans Saints game and got an 11-yard second-quarter touchdown run by Bears running back D’Andre Swift to work with in the highlight package.
Unfortunately for Bradshaw, his attempt to pronounce Swift’s name could not have gone much worse.
“D’Ande .. D’Andre Smith,” Bradshaw stammered awkwardly.
Upon Bradshaw’s co-hosts attempting to give him the proper pronunciation of “D’Andre Swift,” Bradshaw then responded, “That’s what I said.” Here is the funny video.

The 77-year-old Hall of Famer Bradshaw has been in broadcasting for over four decades now and has been with FOX since 1994. But the whiffs are starting to become a bit more frequent lately for Bradshaw.
Last season, Bradshaw already went viral many times for his bizarre takes on the air. Bradshaw has even spoken in recent months about when he exactly might retire from broadcasting.
That said, the four-time Super Bowl champion Bradshaw is an absolute icon in the studio whose antics are a big part of what makes him so entertaining in the first place. Fans will almost certainly forgive Bradshaw if he stumbles a little bit over the name of a 26-year-old running back from the University of Georgia.
