Torrey Smith rubs it in to Trump supporters that he won the Super Bowl
Torrey Smith is one of several Philadelphia Eagles players who are not planning to visit the White House to collect their congratulations from Donald Trump, and the wide receiver took to Twitter on Monday to antagonize the president’s supporters about it.
Smith was critical of Trump last week and said he would not visit the White House if the Eagles won the Super Bowl. That was before the game, and many people felt he was getting ahead of himself by talking about it. Here’s what Smith thinks about that now:

Many professional athletes have already chosen not to visit the White House with Trump in office after their teams won championships, and Kevin Durant even got into it with Britt McHenry over the decision. Smith was only saying that he wouldn’t go to Washington if the Eagles pulled off the win, which isn’t the same as guaranteeing a victory — not that it matters now.
