Trevone Boykin arrested after car crashes into bar in Dallas
Seattle Seahawks quarterback Trevone Boykin was arrested early Monday morning after he was the passenger in a car that crashed into the side of a bar.
According to FOX 4 in Dallas, a woman who was later arrested on suspicion of driving while under the influence injured five people when she crashed her vehicle into the Sidebar Bar in Uptown Dallas.
Boykin was a passenger in the vehicle at the time the woman allegedly hit four people on the sidewalk and a bartender inside the club when the car broke through a wall. Three people were taken to the hospital, but none suffered life-threatening injuries.
Boykin was in Dallas County jail as of Monday morning facing drug and public intoxication charges. The former TCU star was suspended for his final collegiate game in 2015 after he got into a scuffle at a bar (video here). Boykin could face disciplinary action from the NFL.
