Night One of WrestleMania 41 at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nev., was full of entertainment. WWE will look to return on Night Two with an equally entertaining show. Here are my predictions for the second night of the huge event in Las Vegas.
Women’s World Championship Match
Iyo Sky (c) vs. Bianca Belair vs. Rhea Ripley
WWE wastes no time kicking off night two with a bang, where three of the top women in the
company will compete for the women’s world title. Reigning champion Iyo Sky will defend
her belt against powerhouses Bianca Belair and Rhea Ripley. Very rarely do we see a champion
go into a match as an underdog, but Belair and Ripley are former champions themselves—a true
championship match among champions. Unlike Belair and Ripley, who have dominated in the
ring using strength and aggression, Sky is an aerial specialist with effortless finesse. All three
women are athletic, agile, and tenacious. They are looking to add yet another title win to their already
stacked resume. So who wins? Since Ripley is Sky’s predecessor as WWE’s Women’s World
Champion, it might feel as though new storylines would be hard to come by if either were to
win. On the other hand, Belair becoming a two-time World champion after four years would be
bittersweet. There would be many more opportunities to expand and create storylines around
Belair—dare I say a one-on-one match against Jade Cargill?

Prediction: Bianca Belair wins
WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship Match
Liv Morgan & Raquel Rodriguez (c) vs. Bayley & Lyra Valkyria
In this match, 2024 Women’s MVP Liv Morgan and her tag team partner Raquel Rodriguez will
defend their tag team titles against Bayley and the Women’s Intercontinental Champion, Lyra
Valkyria. Once rivals, Bayley and Valkyria earned their spot in this championship match from a
tag team gauntlet match just a week ago. Morgan and Rodriguez continue to dominate the tag
team division. Be on the lookout for the next team stepping up as WWE’s developmental brand
NXT will have a No. 1 contenders match on Saturday at their Stand & Deliver premium live
event. Winning team on NXT will challenge the winner of this matchup at a date to be
determined.
Prediction: Liv Morgan & Raquel Rodriguez retain
AJ Styles vs. Logan Paul
This match is the most difficult to predict. Both athletes have incredible speed and jaw-dropping
aerial maneuvers. AJ Styles, a multi-time World champion, is in the twilight of his career, but still
possesses the presence and capability to put on a good match.
Who knew that social media sensation Logan Paul could compete with top tier wrestlers? With over 100 million social media followers across all platforms, you can expect Paul’s fans to tune in every match. This match will put AJ Styles more on the mainstream map. Thanks to Paul’s social media popularity, you can figure AJ Styles vs Logan Paul will be the most talked about matchup on Sunday, creating a lot of media buzz. This match is the hardest one to predict. If AJ styles wants to get back into world title contention, he’ll need a marquee performance and to start racking up wins.
Prediction: AJ Styles wins
WWE Intercontinental Championship Match
Bron Breakker (c) vs. Penta vs. Finn Bálor vs. Dominik Mysterio
This will be a fatal 4-way match to determine the intercontinental champion — it’s always great to see this
prestigious title get defended at WrestleMania. This match features four young stars who will
look to enter the main event scene in a few years. Champion Bron Breakker is set to
continue his dominance. A second generation wrestler from the Steiner family tree,
Bron has quickly risen to the upper midcard of WWE. He will go against a WWE newcomer
who has taken the company by storm.
Penta, a masked luchador, is a WWE rookie but has many years of experience outside of the WWE. Mr. Cero Miedo has a unique style fit for a fatal 4-way. The other two competitors are Judgment Day stablemates Finn Balor and Dominik Mysterio. Finn Balor is the leader of the group while Mysterio is the wild card whom fans love to hate. It should be interesting to see two members of the Judgement Day in a match where the first pinfall wins the championship. This match will have lots of shenanigans from the group, and we may see a betrayal or two.
Prediction: Dominik Mysterio wins
Randy Orton vs. ???
Originally scheduled as Randy Orton versus Kevin Owens, Orton is left without an opponent due
to Owens sustaining an injury. Several wrestling news outlets reported a few names as a possible
replacement—free agents such as Rusev and Aleister Black are the top choices. If not a newly
signed free agent, an NXT wrestler could also be an alternative. Another slim possibility would be the return of Brock Lesnar. Whomever they book, let us hope Owens’ replacement is of high caliber.
Prediction: Mystery opponent wins
Sin City Street Fight
Damian Priest vs. Drew McIntyre
A battle of two former world heavyweight champions, Damian Priest and Drew McIntyre will look to take their fight all throughout Allegiant Stadium. This “Sin City Street Fight” has no rules. Priest won the world title from McIntyre at last year’s WrestleMania when he cashed in his Money In The Bank contract. Both are superstars and a victory here can propel one of them to another potential title shot. Expect a heavy-hitting match where weapons will be utilized and the winner to move on to title contention.
Prediction: Drew McIntyre wins
Undisputed WWE Championship Match
Cody Rhodes (c) vs. John Cena
This is the highly anticipated main event that has fans buzzing. Announcing his retirement last year, John Cena stated that WrestleMania 41 would be one of his last appearances on his farewell tour. A heel turn by Cena shocked the world when he joined forces with The Rock and rapper Travis Scott to form an unexpected alliance. This leaves the undisputed champion Cody Rhodes to fight on his own. A win over Rhodes would give Cena his 17th world championship to surpass the legendary Ric Flair.
Who will help Rhodes if the odds are stacked against him? Will Cena get to finish his story and go out on top?
Prediction: John Cena wins
