I agree with ClamBarLover. Despite the fact that Helio was acquitted the IRS is going to get every dime owed to them. The US fed reserve is not out any money. Nobody scammed nobody. In my opinion it was all an IRS publicity stunt.

Jealousy will get you nowhere. Do your homework about Helio first. He was aquitted and is a great driver. He won square and fair. He will pay his taxes according to the rules. MANY elements go into the race dynamics and he won. Our hearts go out to Vitor and his family.
